I just wanted to make a shout-out to two of your team members for their exceptional customer service; Diane Yuvienco and Matthew Tobin.
I needed some more office chairs and sent an email to an existing contact but it bounced back. I called your Woolloongabba office and spoke with Diane. She was friendly and extremely professional.
Diane had an order and invoice organised for me in under 5 mins.
I then called to make a credit card payment and this payment was looked after by Matthew. Matthew was also extremely friendly and professional and sincerely sounded like he is very happy in his job (as did
Diane). My commendations for employing (and/or training) your staff to have impeccable customer service skills. Much appreciated.

Andrea has helped me with my last few trade orders and has gone out of her way to ensure we got what we needed. We will continue to shop at Empire as the first port of call.
