The whole process of ordering the chairs in your showroom to delivery has been a very smooth transaction. When we were in the showroom you took us through our options and your knowledge of which chair to purchase was great. We ordered the chairs on Monday the 20 May and then we had delivery 29 May. The supplier was also very professional and called us to let us know that chairs were ready and when we would like delivery, I was also contacted by the delivery drive today advising that he was running a bit late and let me know what time he would be delivering the chairs. Such great service!

Diane and Tom from the Gabba store worked with our team to create an amazing new workspace at our refurbed office. They’ve turned our tired 12 seat office into a modern 15 seated modular work area and boardroom that is impressing our clientele. From initial concept (through many variations), to mapping out the floorspace, to delivery and installation, the entire journey has been professional, courteous and responsive. Diane helped with the initial design, Tom followed through the final process and last minute changes, with Dan and Josh measuring our floorplan and assembling our new office furniture, providing a tailored and custom finish which has complemented our branding vision. So much so, our builder is now having their new offices designed by the Gabba Empire Store. I can highly recommend their services.

From the moment I walked into the showroom to delivery, the staff could not be more helpful. Assistance in the showroom was excellent, and the order and delivery process very easy and quick. Our order was amended when requested quickly and change of date of delivery was not a problem for you. We are very happy with the chairs that were purchased, and my staff are now comfortable and able to work in good working chairs. thank you
