Super patient while selling me the desk and let me make the right decision on the purchase, going to so far as to find examples of sizing so that I could see what I was buying before hand. He worked well with his team to get me a great price then was very accommodating working me into his busy schedule to come out and install the desk for me. The build/installation was fast, efficient, and with upmost respect given to the brand new build that it was going into. Michael came extremely prepared to perform the installation and even helped re-arrange some of my office furniture which was an awesome help. I was blown away that the furniture was build on a thick underlay prior to being stood up, so that no hard surfaces came in contact with the new flooring. Based solely on my experience with Michael, it would be difficult not to rave about my experience with Empire whenever a friend looks at a similar purchase.

Been a customer here for quite a few years. Always great products at a reasonable price. Not too much dearer than the domestic junk you find in the larger franchise stores, but lasts MUCH longer.
