I found Daniel to be very helpful during the ordering process and he took the time to review our proposed floor plan and provide information to help with our selections. The delivery team called to advise re delivery and everything was installed as per the plan. The office was left clean and tidy. The staff member (Arianne Smith) was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the Ergohuman chair that I was comparing to another chair from another store. She ran me through all of the features of the chair & when she told me it was on sale it was a done deal. The discount provided meant I could also purchase a foot rest (recommended by Arianne) and a chair mat for under the price of the other chair I was going to buy. We have just received a delivery and Paul wasn't here to direct the delivery guys and we were unsure where things were supposed to go. I have to let you know that the delivery men, Patrick and Steve were delightful. The trade staff we have from Empire have been great in the past, however the gents who delivered and installed the tables yesterday where particularly great and professional. I had request about installing them in the end corridor (so further then where they probably hoped but it was no hassle) there was an air-lock to this space meaning we could deaden the noise slightly. They were very accommodating which was great because the training has already commenced and was able to occur without noise interruption. So appreciate the Empire team being accommodating, professional and safe workers. I especially notice considering issues we had last week with another different external trade company who were not professional. We're a busy facility and when external parties don't operate well it has poor outcomes at our end so again pass on our thanks.
