The client’s theme of the lion shines through in each aspect of this fitout. Empire was able to provide custom yellow compact laminate screens and modesty panels to bring a positive glow to the office, complemented by the sleek and modern Burnished Wood finish of the worktops provided. Further showcasing the level of customisability we offer, cut-outs were made in the executive and boardroom table tops for contemporary concealable in-desk softwiring.

The eye-catching open office area makes use of Citi Loop 4-person workstations adorned by custom compact laminate desk-top screens in a dazzling Coastal Sunrise finish. Accompanying the workstations are Built Strong mobile pedestals and Beta executive chairs, providing easy storage and ergonomic seating in dark finishes to contrast the yellow screens – making them pop even more.
Also utilised in the open office are two Milano straight desk settings, with compact laminate modesty panels to match the workstation screens and powered cable baskets mounted underneath. Above one desk top sits a Rapid Span Revolve dual monitor arm, while both are accompanied by generously sized Big Man heavy duty high back chairs that present sophisticated Italian leather seat and back facings.
A glass-walled meeting room for this office space features the popular Milano Boardroom Table with custom cut-outs for in-desk softwiring in its Burnished Wood melamine top.
Combining the aesthetics of the meeting room and the open office, a Milano Desk – fitted with a Pedestal Return and a Coastal Sunrise compact laminate modesty – sits in the executive office. This desk, like the boardroom table, features a cut-out for in-desk softwiring and is suited by a Milano Storage Unit with a matching Burnished Wood finish. The Marque high back executive chair is comfortably partnered with two Marque cantilever visitor chairs, all featuring real leather facings adding to the sense of pride beaming through this fitout.
