Caboolture’s brand new Satellite Hospital will soon open its doors as a state of the art facility to alleviate the strain on the area’s main hospital. Empire was able to supply desking and loose furniture items across three waiting areas, two admin offices, numerous consultation rooms, two meeting rooms, a training room and a staff break-room.

Key Products & Solutions

Visitors are welcomed with a range of comfortable and colourful chairs including the Vie lounge and EBF Stacker chair with and without arms. The chairs are also used in the Consultation rooms, along with EBF Bariatric Heavy Duty chairs. The chairs are upholstered in Warwick Lustrell Deluxe Vinyl in Chai, Gull, Pepper and Cypress colours. This deluxe vinyl is hard wearing and perfect for health environments that require regular sanitising. Consultation rooms also feature Empire’s trusted Citi range of desks with Architect specified custom Egger Vicenza Oak tops. The office areas utilise ergonomic Altura height adjustable desks and custom Echopanel screens for privacy and noise reduction. The staff breakroom includes custom rectangular and round Citi tables and Rex Spectrum Café chairs that are all wipeable.

The large meeting rooms, seating up to 15 each, utilise 4x Unit flip tables into an extra large table. The Unit Flip tables are also used in the training room and can easily be moved around on castors or flipped upright when not in use.
