”Click & Collect” Now at Empire

With the increased demand for people setting up home offices, Empire has introduced its Click & Collect service. The service is applicable to stocked "Empire Express" products ONLY (Empire’s most popular products !), with all nine Empire showrooms participating. Importantly for customers, once they have placed their order it is imperative they wait until a member of Empire contacts them to confirm their order is ready to be collected.

For Empire’s Click & Collect service, the fastest collection of the widest range of stocked products is available from Empire’s Rocklea showroom in Brisbane. If customers order their item/s flat-packed before 4pm Monday to Friday, they can collect from Rocklea after 8.30am the following business day. If they order their item/s assembled before 4pm Monday to Friday, they can collect from Rocklea after 8.30am in two business days’ time.
