Zone 1

Zone 1 is any location within a 50km radius of any of our retail stores or central warehouse. Zone 1 deliveries are delivered by our own staff and are calculated based on the size of the order. A minimum delivery fee of $65 applies. Zone 2

Zone 2 is any location outside the 50km radius of any of our retail stores or central warehouse. Zone 2 deliveries are usually delivered by a trusted third party furniture freighter or installer. Zone 2 deliveries will require quoting by a member of our sales team. If your delivery address is in Zone 2 you will be notified when using the delivery estimate tool or when finalising your order. At this time you will have the option to send the quote to your nearest store so delivery can be quoted.  No orders will be processed before a delivery fee has been quoted.
